Sub-processors

Third-party service providers that process personal data on behalf of MindMesh to deliver the Service.

About this list

MindMesh uses the following sub-processors to operate our product. We require appropriate contractual and security commitments from these providers. We will update this page when we add or change sub-processors that process customer personal data.

MindMesh uses on-device SQLite for local application data. SQLite runs on your device and is not a third-party sub-processor. Connected platforms you authorize (for example Google, Microsoft, or Slack) are separate controllers or processors of data in their own services; they are not listed here as MindMesh sub-processors. See our Privacy Policy for how connected services work.

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS)

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure and hosting for MindMesh account services, authentication, and related backend operations.

Data processed: Account metadata, encrypted OAuth tokens, session data, and operational logs as needed to run the Service.

OpenAI, L.L.C.

Purpose: Large language model inference for AI features such as summaries, insights, action items, and semantic enrichment.

Data processed: Content you submit for AI features, which may include email, calendar, and Slack-derived content.
